The Music Class

The Music Class' Licensed programming is developed to nurture a lifetime of pitch and rhythm recognition in children, it opens up a greater understanding and enjoyment of music and allows for more ease when learning instruments and concepts later in life.

Music Pups

With award winning recordings and songbooks caregivers and children are given the ability to get immersed in music learning, both in the class, as well as the car and at home. Playful and interactive programming that exposes families to a wide variety of scales, meters, and musical styles from around the world. Presenting more elements for children's musical vocabulary.

Stimulating brain development, Music improves social skills, self-regulation, and brain plasticity; beyond just that it gives immense joy to families receiving such valuable parent child/bonding time.

Potzy's Play 'n Learn

We curate music for our class based on meeting the widespread fundamental concepts of compassion, confidence, trust, forgiveness, joyfulness, self expression, and introspection. We avoid mature themes and ensure that childrens innocense is preserved through these experiences of branching out musically.

If you want to be a part of this curation and want to have a hand in the music that our youth find solace in then please, fill out this form and help us find music from different genres, and perspectives.

A sing along and musicianship exercise program that will take place bi-weekly, Thursday from 3:45-4:45 and Sundays 1:00-2:00.

This program will cover fundamental beginner friendly music theory concepts such as time signature, rhythm, harmony, scales, active listening, and songwriting.

The structure: 5 minutes vocal warmup/teaching, 10 minutes singing, 5 minutes reflection/teaching x2 followed by free form instrument play and singing of reccomended songs by students

$10 for a drop in class or $60 monthly Cash and e-transfer only
